Work of the Future

The Work of the Future project offers research papers and reports examining how technology is changing work, and will change it in the future, and what might be done to ensure an equitable and productive transition.

With a particular interest in innovation, productivity and competitiveness, the MIT Industrial Performance Center brings together teams of researchers in engineering, science, management and the social sciences at MIT and beyond to carry out innovative, applied research.
