For Alumni:

If you’d like to become involved in MIT’s work in Washington, we’d love to hear from you.

MIT’s network of active and informed alumni is one of the Institute’s greatest assets. If you would like to lend your talents to advancing MIT’s policy agenda, please contact us. You can also explore engagement opportunities through the Legislative Advocacy Network and the alumni association groups.

MIT Alumni Legislative Advocacy Network

The Legislative Advocacy Network (LAN) engages MIT alumni/ae and friends who have an interest in promoting policies that advance the Institute’s commitment to education, research and innovation. An initiative of the MIT Alumni Association in partnership with the MIT Washington Office, LAN engages alumni on legislative issues that impact funding for research, financial aid and STEM education.
